Showcation Programmer — Privacy Notice

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Showcation Programmer is the Pretty Good Show team's shared tool for planning Showcation programming, areas, event notes, and estimated capacity. Access to shared schedules is restricted to verified @prettygoodshow.com Google accounts.

Google sign-in information

When you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide your email address, account name, profile image, and a Google account identifier. Supabase, the application's authentication provider, stores identity and session information so the app can authenticate you and restrict access to the team. The app displays the signed-in email address and can associate saved changes with your account identifier.

The app requests only the openid, email, and profile permissions. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or your contacts. Your Google password is entered on Google's sign-in pages, not in Showcation Programmer.

Programming and browser data

The app stores the projects, calendar dates, areas, events, notes, capacity estimates, and expected-demand values entered by the team. These records are shared with other authorized team members. Do not enter information into shared notes that should not be visible to the team.

Your browser stores your signed-in session and preferences, such as the last project you opened. Local backup and CSV files are created only when you choose to download them. If you use the optional city search, the city search text is sent to Open-Meteo/GeoNames; the app does not send your Google sign-in information with that search.

Service providers and use

The app uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Vercel for website hosting. These services process the information needed to provide those functions and may maintain operational or security logs under their own policies. Showcation Programmer uses the Google account information to provide team sign-in and access control, not to access other Google services or provide advertising.

Account controls and requests

You can sign out of the app or revoke its Google connection through your Google Account settings. Contact james@prettygoodshow.com with questions or requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of your account or programming data. Account deletion does not automatically remove shared team schedules, which are separate team records. Information may also remain in service-provider backups or security logs according to those services' retention practices.
