Showcation Programmer
Showcation Programmer is the Pretty Good Show team's shared application for planning Showcation events and programming.
- Schedule events across areas, dates, and Day or Night layouts.
- Drag events to adjust timing, add event notes, and organize programming columns.
- Compare estimated event capacity with expected demand in 30-minute intervals.
- Review daily run-of-show lists and sunset times.
Team members sign in with Google. Shared schedule access is restricted to verified @prettygoodshow.com accounts. The app requests only basic Google identity information for sign-in; it does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.
